Information you give us. When you submit a contact or project-request form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and the information about your project, and optionally your company, phone number, budget, and timeline.

Information collected automatically. With a submission we also record basic context such as which page the form was sent from and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you arrived through. We use a single strictly-necessary cookie to keep our internal admin area signed in; it is not used for advertising or tracking. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about your request;
• Assess whether a project is a good fit and prepare a proposal;
• Deliver and support work you engage us for;
• Keep records of our communications and meet legal or accounting obligations.

When you submit a form, you check a box consenting to us contacting you about your request and storing the details you provide. This is your express consent under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at salesmn@metronovalabs.com. We will stop sending you commercial messages and, on request, delete your information, except where we are required to retain it.

Submissions are stored in our own self-hosted database on servers located in Canada. Access is limited to authorized personnel who need it to respond to you, and the admin area is password protected. While no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information.

We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting relationship, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and legal requirements. You may ask us to delete your information sooner (see your rights below).

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, our hosting and email providers), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent to be contacted. To make a request, email salesmn@metronovalabs.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
